Sauna House was born from founder Andrew’s discovery of hot/cold/relax therapy, inspired by a friend who treated chronic pain with cold water. What started as a 30-day challenge grew into a vision for a welcoming bathhouse that blends accessible wellness, community, and a touch of sass.
